Returns & Exchanges

Ksubi offers returns on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, provided items are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that final sale items are ineligible for return unless deemed faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Ksubi signature tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
